Eagen Real Estate is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Agent to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated, relationship-driven professional who understands the Montana market and is ready to contribute at a high level.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of commercial real estate experience
- At least 25 closed commercial transactions
- Active Montana real estate license
- Strong negotiation, communication, and client advisory skills
- Proven ability to source, manage, and close deals independently
- Established network within the local or regional market preferred
Responsibilities
- Represent buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in commercial transactions
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities
- Manage listings, proposals, negotiations, and deal execution
- Provide market insights and strategic guidance to clients
- Maintain consistent communication throughout the transaction lifecycle
